12.2 By w888 apk. w888 apk reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and withhold any balance pending investigation, in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the account.
• Account being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.

Where an account is closed by w888apk for cause following a breach investigation, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified Real Funds balances will be returned at w888 apk's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to deduction of any established losses caused by the breach.

w888 apk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, w888 apk will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the w888 apk Platform after the updated Terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
